Anzac Biscuits

Here are the entries for this week's recipe, Anzac Biscuits, although we will very happily add any late entries for this week's bakeoff.  I hope everyone has enjoyed making them and eating them.  They are healthy, tasty biscuits and with the oats they are good for slow release energy.

Andy Robinson added almonds, cinnamon & cranberries and described hers as looking humble but taste mighty!  Crunchy, chewy and healthy.

Nicki Morris made the biscuits without any additional ingredients and described her biscuits as "not the most appealing biscuits, but they do taste absolutely delicious."
