Mattie's Blueberry & Chocolate Brownies

This last week seems to have been the week most people have been away or with lots to do away from the kitchen so a great recipe has not been tried by many people....yet.  There is still time for your efforts to be added here.

I baked these as per the recipe with blueberries which I adore and are very healthy.  It is quick and easy to make and the finished result is a rich moist brownie with a crispy cracked top!  Went like a flash in our house.

Andy Robinson wanted to use blackberries which also worked well and is a great for August/September when you can pick your own, especially with the children.
